01. What Tamils have to do on web?

I am meeting a lot of minds here at Erumbugal and still many or asking what this Erumbugal Group is doing? LOL! ( = Laughing out loud ). Dont we know that this meeting itself is a great advancement towards the Tamildom?. But I realised that something is missing and we have to do certain basics immdtly to move forward. So I simply stormed my brain ( Brain storming is a session where you are FREE to come out with new ideas..any ideas.. without bothering they are good or not..OK? .. for a set of problem/task etc )

Here are the results ( Done with some of my friends )

Topic of the brain storming session = What every Tamil Netizen to do/have

• He should have a write up .... as his online Profile ( in hand ready at all time )
• an active email ID with a Signature directing the reader to his/her personal home page or online profile . It should contain his offline contact info..ie his mobile number with country code etc.
• he should learn two things first: 1) To say "No" boldly 2) To say "I don't know this..., pls explain me once again". Passivity is to be discouraged.
  
• should use the databases actively and updating them wherever they are! Even in Erumbugal we have one!
• should learn the volunteering concepts. If all work JUST for half an hour in a month for a common project.... then many wonders can take place! Bricks = Wall ( If many bricks are binded/bonded together)
• Opinion leaders should emerge in the field of web and they should work among them as a second level layer ... to the original Pioneers like Bala.. to free them from Teaching Basics ( They are not comfortable ...naturally )
• art of delegation coupled with punctuality and sincerity can make Web infrastructures in a short duration. ( May be in a month or two)
• Don't come with problems.... but come with solutions instead. For example instead of complaining that Bala uses tech Jargons .. that also in the last minute when asked to respond... you can ask Bala to come out with some people's email address .... with whome you can get in touch to know the topics he speaking about. THIS IS A GREAT ART to excel fast... but we are slow to adopt this "great but simple" approach ( and hence this whole mail as solution and not as a problem OR complaint ! LOL! )
